Will Formaker, MFT
Will Formaker, MFT has been counseling individuals and families for over forty years. He received his Master of Science degree in counseling from the California State University, Hayward.
Will has made the difference in many lives by counseling in various settings including Quest Eating Disorder IOP, Russian River Counselors, Memorial Hospice and Home Hospice of Sonoma. He recently celebrated his 25th year in private practice in Santa Rosa, CA.
Will’s career has allowed him to share his compassion for healing in many ways including delivering home service to the dying and their families or providing group, family and individual counseling at eating disorder programs. Will began as staff therapist in an IOP for eating Disorders in in 2004. He worked as Program Director for an Eating disorder Program in Santa Rosa in 2013.
Will is the Founder and Program Director at Full Heart Treatment Program in Santa Rosa and also has a private practice. He specializes in eating disorder treatment in his private practice, as well as depression, anxiety and other related diagnosis. He is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Janelle Estournes, RD
A native of Santa Rosa, Janelle attended Santa Rosa Junior College and studied abroad in Paris, France. Upon her return, struggling with her own health, she decided to pursue a career as a dietitian. Janelle graduated from San Jose State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science, and double minor in literature and complementary and alternative medicine. She completed her internship through San Jose State and became a registered dietitian in 2013. Janelle brings insight and motivation to the recovery process. With compassion and empathy, she offers love and support to all those struggling with disordered eating on their journey outward.
Tari Webber, Psy.D.
Dr. Tari Webber, PsyD. is a licensed psychologist with a specialization in somatics, organizational and family systems. Dr. Webber earned her Master of Arts degree at Sonoma State University in psychology with an emphasis on community psychology, organizational and family systems. She earned her Doctorate degree in clinical psychology at Meridian University with a specialty in eating disorders, body image disorders, and addictions. Dr. Webber has extensive experience working with individuals, families, and youth. Additionally, she has experience in somatic practices, utilizing a whole body systems approach with over 25 years as a coach. As a youth and family counselor, Dr. Webber practices family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, non-directed and directed play therapy. Dr. Webber uses a customized approach with every client to encompass their self-identified strengths, challenges, and interests. She assesses the client’s capacity and readiness to change, helping to create a coping path for their future.
Rebecca Lehman, MFT
Rebecca is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who is passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders. She strives to bring empathy, compassion, and non-judgment into the work she does while addressing individual problem behavior. Rebecca has experience working with individuals, families, and groups in a variety of different therapeutic settings including schools, group homes, outpatient clinics, and in-home support. Rebecca enjoys bringing creative arts into her work to assist clients in expressing themselves and gain insights into their own behavior. She earned a Bachelors of Art in Psychology from Sonoma State University and a Masters of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. In addition to being on staff at Full Heart she works at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in the Outpatient Behavioral Health Department where she facilitates groups with clients struggling with a variety of mental health concerns.
Hannah Saffold, RD
Hannah strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to discover freedom from suffering around food, eating, and preoccupation with weight. She is passionate about giving back to the community from which she grew up. She comes to the Full Heart Treatment team with many years of clinical dietetic experience and eating disorder expertise.
Hannah is a Santa Rosa native who graduated summa cum laude from UC Davis with her bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship at UC San Francisco, one of the most competitive internships in the United States.
She was hired on as a clinical dietitian after her internship in 2006. She worked in San Francisco for nearly 5 years at UCSF Medical Center, developing her clinical and counseling skills. After moving out of the city in 2012, Hannah transitioned to the UCSF outreach clinics, (the Eating Disorders clinic and GI/Nutrition clinics). She worked for an Eating Disorder Treatment Center in Santa Rosa for 9 months, until its closing in Jan 2014. She has a private practice in Santa Rosa and provides nutrition counseling and support to the community.
Cynthia Formaker, RN, MSN, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Cynthia became a Registered Nurse after graduating from California State University, Fresno. She received her Master’s Degree in psychosocial nursing and her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Washington. Cynthia has taught in the nursing education programs at the California State Universities at San Jose and Sonoma. In addition to being on staff at Full Heart Treatment Center, she works as a Credentialed School Nurse in West Sonoma County.
Cynthia’s life work has focused on the holistic approach to health care, where a person is viewed as much more than a medical issue. In her expanded nursing practice, she has developed expertise in understanding how the human body is influenced by a combination of physical and emotional factors.
Cynthia is pleased to be a part of Full Heart Treatment Center, where the whole person is regarded and respected.
